With decades of hands-on experience, Brian has become a trusted name in the community. His deep industry knowledge, commitment to honesty, and pride in running a family-owned business have earned him a loyal customer base that continues to grow.

Meet Shelby – Gold & Diamond Specialist
Shelby joined B & T Metals in 2010, working alongside her father, Brian. With a strong background in both precious metals and technology, she has also served as the lead computer repair specialist at their sister business, Total Access Data Recovery, since 2008.
Passionate about gemstones and customer service, Shelby has dedicated herself to furthering her expertise in the field. She is a proud graduate of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) as an Applied Jewelry Professional and is currently advancing her education to become a GIA Graduate Gemologist.
Shelby’s commitment to excellence and her love for the community drive her mission to provide honest, knowledgeable service to every customer she meets.

Shayna joined B & T Metals in 2018 and quickly became a valuable part of the team. With a background in the jewelry industry and strong expertise in diamond and gemstone research, she brings a sharp eye and thoughtful insight to every appraisal.
